Strategic Plan
2024–2028
A bold, evidence-based framework for transforming the lives of Cameroonian youth through education, health, economic empowerment, civic engagement, and protection.
The Context
Why This Plan Matters
of Cameroon's population is under 35 years old — making youth empowerment a national priority.
rates of drug abuse and at-risk behaviour threaten the future of Cameroonian youth.
youth unemployment drives poverty cycles that only integrated programs can break.
CAbyYouths' Strategic Plan 2024–2028 represents a paradigm shift — moving from charity-based responses to transformative, evidence-based interventions that build lasting capacity and resilience among Cameroonian youth.
The plan is structured around five strategic axes, six concrete objectives, and cross-cutting themes of gender equality, partnership, and cultural sensitivity — all grounded in community engagement and rigorous monitoring & evaluation.
